Content Ownership & Copyright Policy

Beyond Listed LLC

At Beyond Listed LLC, we believe in delivering exceptional real estate marketing and creative media while maintaining clear, transparent expectations regarding content ownership, usage rights, and professional creative services.

This policy explains how ownership and usage rights apply to photography, videography, drone content, editing, and other creative media produced by Beyond Listed LLC.

Creative Content Ownership

All photographs, videos, drone footage, aerial imagery, virtual tours, floor plans, graphics, animations, edits, project files, and other creative materials produced by Beyond Listed LLC remain the intellectual property and copyrighted work of Beyond Listed LLC, to the extent permitted by applicable law, unless otherwise agreed upon in writing or subject to applicable third-party rights.

Beyond Listed retains ownership of its original creative assets, including but not limited to:

• Raw video footage

• Unedited photographs

• RAW image files

• Drone source files

• Audio recordings

• Editing project files

• Timelines and production files

• Original design elements

• Proprietary workflows and production methods

• General creative assets captured during production

The creation of content for a client project does not automatically transfer copyright ownership of the original creative work to the client.

Client Deliverables & Usage Rights

Upon receipt of full payment, clients receive access to the final edited deliverables included within their purchased service package.

These deliverables may include:

• Professional listing photography

• Property videos

• Social media videos and reels

• Drone photography and video

• Virtual tours

• Marketing graphics

• Floor plans

• Other completed media products included in the selected package

Unless otherwise agreed upon in writing, clients receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use these final delivered assets for the marketing and promotion of the specific property, brand, campaign, or project for which the content was created.

This may include use on:

• MLS platforms

• Real estate websites

• Brokerage websites

• Social media platforms

• Digital advertising

• Printed marketing materials

• Other standard marketing channels associated with the original project

Clients receive the right to use delivered content for authorized marketing purposes but do not receive copyright ownership of the underlying creative materials.

Raw Footage & Original Files

Raw footage and original production files are not included with standard services unless specifically agreed upon in writing.

This includes:

• Unedited video clips

• Original camera files

• RAW photographs

• Drone source footage

• Editing files

• Production timelines

• Project files

These materials represent the professional workflow, equipment output, and creative process of Beyond Listed and remain the property of Beyond Listed LLC.

Beyond Listed reserves the right to retain, archive, or remove original production files at its discretion, subject to any applicable written agreement.

Clients are responsible for downloading and securely storing their completed deliverables upon receipt. Unless otherwise agreed upon, project files and delivered content may be removed from active storage after 30 days.

General Production Footage & Creative Asset Rights

During the course of a production, Beyond Listed may capture general footage that provides context, atmosphere, or visual storytelling for a property, neighborhood, community, or location.

Examples may include:

• Neighborhood scenes

• Community areas

• Streetscapes

• City views

• Landscapes

• Architectural details

• Establishing shots

• General drone footage

• Environmental footage

These visuals are considered general production assets and, where independently owned by Beyond Listed, remain the intellectual property of Beyond Listed LLC.

Beyond Listed reserves the right to reuse general, non-exclusive footage captured during productions for future projects, marketing materials, portfolio displays, promotional content, website materials, social media, and other creative applications when appropriate and legally permitted.

We understand the importance of providing unique marketing content for every client. Our team makes every effort to capture fresh, property-specific imagery and customized footage for each project whenever applicable.

Any reuse of general footage is handled professionally and strategically to support future productions while maintaining the quality and value of each client's individual project.

Property-Specific Content

Content created specifically to showcase a client's property is intended for use in marketing that property and the related real estate transaction.

Beyond Listed will make reasonable efforts to create unique visuals, compositions, and storytelling elements that represent each property individually.

The reuse of general creative assets does not replace or diminish the customized content created specifically for each client.

Portfolio & Promotional Rights

Unless otherwise agreed upon in writing, and subject to applicable privacy, publicity, and third-party rights, Beyond Listed reserves the right to display completed work and selected production materials for promotional purposes.

This may include:

• Website galleries

• Social media pages

• Advertisements

• Marketing campaigns

• Portfolio presentations

• Client showcases

• Industry examples

This allows Beyond Listed to demonstrate the quality of our work, highlight our creative capabilities, and showcase our services to prospective clients.

Third-Party Use & Distribution

Final deliverables provided by Beyond Listed are intended for the authorized marketing of the original property, brand, campaign, or project.

Unless otherwise authorized in writing, clients may not:

• Sell delivered content to third parties

• Independently license content to another business or individual

• Transfer copyright ownership rights

• Provide content for unrelated commercial use

• Claim copyright ownership of materials created and owned by Beyond Listed LLC

Routine distribution to MLS platforms, brokerages, marketing vendors, advertising platforms, and other service providers reasonably necessary to promote the authorized property or project is permitted within the scope of the client's license.

Any additional licensing, redistribution, or commercial use beyond the original project may require separate written authorization from Beyond Listed LLC.

Editing & Modifications

Clients may use delivered content across authorized marketing platforms and make reasonable technical adjustments required for placement, including resizing, cropping, or formatting.

Significant alterations, removal of applicable branding, distortion of the original work, or modifications that misrepresent the quality or creative intent of the production should not be made without prior written approval from Beyond Listed.

Copyright Protection

Original creative works produced and owned by Beyond Listed LLC are protected under applicable United States copyright laws.

Unauthorized reproduction, resale, redistribution, or use beyond the granted client license may constitute copyright infringement.

Beyond Listed maintains ownership of its creative work while providing clients with the marketing rights necessary to effectively promote their properties, brands, and projects.
